  I was out walking & shopping locally when I spotted a shop called, Victoria Glass Design. I called in to have a look around & was greeted by a very pleasant gentleman owner & designer of the shop. He introduced himself as Rob & showed me his exquisite Mirror’s & Victorian Glass Design pieces on display. I purchased one out of three beautiful Glass pieces that had caught my eye & returned a few days later & was delighted to find & purchase the remaining pair of Glass pieces.
  A few weeks later, I contacted Rob to ask if he would be able to repair a 5” Crack across one corner of my favorite Mirror. I explained that when I took it down to clean, the mirror, accidently slipped out of my hands & hit the floor on one corner.
  Rob asked me to bring it into his shop to assess the damage. After Rob had inspected my Mirror, he was happy to go ahead with the repair & said he would contact me, when it was ready to Collect.
  The day that Rob rang to let me know that my Mirror was repaired & ready for collection, I told Rob, I wouldn’t be able to collect my Mirror for a couple of days, due to suffering with a run of bad days due to my terminal illness.
  Rob was very sympathetic, understanding & so kindly offered to Deliver, my repaired mirror in person to my home. I was extremely grateful & Rob called the next day & hung it back up, in the same place as always on my hall wall. Rob had done an amazing job as if he had performed magic. I was so amazed to be looking at my Mirror again as if nothing had happened, it was perfect.
  After my own Positive personal experience, receiving the Best Professional Customer Care & Repair Service, I would Highly Recommend Rob at Victoria Glass Designs to anyone who is looking for an Exquisite, Quality & One of a kind Mirror, Etched Designed Glass, Superb Stained Glass works of Art & Victoria Glass Designs will also Design & Create Individual Pieces. I am a Very Happy, Satisfied Customer & will definitely be using & purchasing from Victoria Glass Design again in the near & distant Future.
